Terms and Conditions
The following instructions must be adhered to when making deliveries on our behalf
1 . Any vehicles running late for loading or delivery bookings must be reported to Brady Freight Forwarding BEFORE the booking time, to avoid re-delivery.
2 . If waiting time to load or unload exceeds 45 mins Brady Freight Forwarding must be contacted.
3 . Any discrepancies must be reported to Brady Freight Forwarding immediately.
4 . If drivers are not allowed to view the loading they must sign the paperwork as 'unchecked'
5 . Temperature on collection and delivery must be stated on the paperwork.
6 . Fridge must be pre-chilled, dry, clean and odour free prior to loading.
7 . Failure to supply proof of deposit of the pallets may result in charges being raised for the pallets (CHEP).
8 . All of trailers are to be accompanied on the boat unless pre arranged.
9 . All Loads are next day delivery unless stated otherwise.
10 . All original POD's must be returned with invoice within 7 days of delivery. Failure to do so will result in late payment. No POD at all will result in non payment of invoice.
11 . Normal procedure for payment on receipt of invoices is 60 days end of month unless there are any unforeseen circumstances.
12 . Under no circumstances are you to sub out any work we give you unless pre arranged.
13 . All communication is between you & Brady Freight Forwarding under no circumstances are you to contact our customer. This will result in serious consequences.
14 . No job can be taken by a driver if they do not have enough hours.
15 . In Agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge emails will be received from haulagedirect.com.
